The 2010 Weston A. Price Shopping Guide  

   This booklet is designed to serve as a guide for shopping in supermarkets and health food stores. General guidelines and specific brand names are listed for each food category.  Unfortunately, some of the healthiest foods are not available in stores. Phone numbers and internet addresses are provided for many of the items. Use the guidelines to make wise choices from among the brands available to you. There are 26 food categories covered in the booklet. 

  Find such items as the best dairy, seafood, meats, fats, oils, fruits, vegetables, lacto-fermented vegetables, grains, legumes, breads, crackers, nuts, condiments, salt, spices, soups, stocks, snack foods, cookies, bars, ice cream, sweetners, beverages, beer, wine, and vitamin supplements.
